1. Overview
This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which service orders or credit purchases may be cancelled when using SGSM PRO TOOL. Please read carefully before placing any order.
2. Credit Purchase Cancellation
Credit purchases made via payment gateway (Don't Chose EMI Option) or manual UPI payment can be cancelled ONLY if the credits have not been used for any service.
Once credits are added to your account and you have used any portion of them, the purchase cannot be cancelled.
For unused credits, cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
3. Service Order Cancellation
Service operations (FRP unlock, firmware flash, bootloader unlock, etc.) CANNOT be cancelled once submitted.
When you submit a job, the system immediately begins processing your request and credits are deducted at the time of submission. Since the server starts working on your request instantly, cancellation is not possible after submission.
If your job is in "pending" status and has not yet been picked up by the server, you may contact support for a possible cancellation — but this is not guaranteed.
4. Non-Cancellable Items
- Any service job that has been submitted and processing has started
- Credits that have already been used for services
- Credit purchases where partial credits have been consumed
- Manual UPI payments that have already been verified and approved by admin
- Any completed service operation regardless of outcome
5. How to Request Cancellation
- Contact our support team immediately with your order ID or job ID.
- Provide your username and the reason for cancellation.
- Cancellation requests are reviewed within 24-48 hours.
- If approved, credits will be restored to your account balance.
- We do not process cancellation refunds to original payment methods — only as account credit.
6. Important Notes
- Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee approval.
- All cancellations are subject to review by our team.
- Repeated cancellation requests may result in account review.
- We reserve the right to deny cancellation if the service has already been initiated on our servers.
