IMPORTANT: By using SGSM PRO TOOL services, software, or tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to follow all rules and regulations listed on this page. Failure to comply makes you solely responsible for any legal consequences.

1. No Illegal Work

We strictly do not provide, support, or allow any illegal work through our services.

All users, repair shops, dealers, and agents must use SGSM PRO TOOL services only for legitimate and authorized device repair purposes.

2. Lost, Stolen & Unauthorized Devices

Lost, stolen, or unauthorized phones are strictly NOT allowed.

Do not submit or process any device that is reported lost, stolen, locked by fraud, or owned by someone else without proper permission.

Any user found processing stolen or unauthorized devices will have their account permanently terminated and may be reported to law enforcement.

3. Mandatory ID & Ownership Verification

Before doing any unlocking, flashing, FRP removal, software repair, or ASM auth tool related work, you MUST always collect and verify the customer's valid ID proof and device ownership proof.

This is your responsibility as a repair professional. SGSM PRO TOOL does not collect or verify end-customer documents — you must do this at your shop/business level.

If any shop, dealer, agent, or customer fails to follow these rules, they will be FULLY responsible for any legal issue, police complaint, cyber complaint, FIR, or action from the device owner, law enforcement, or any authority.

SGSM PRO TOOL is NOT responsible for any legal action, loss, claim, complaint, or misuse caused by illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent work performed by users of our platform.

By using our services, you accept complete liability for ensuring every device you process is legally owned by or authorized by the person requesting the service.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any user account that is found to be involved in:

Processing stolen or lost devices

Submitting devices without proper customer verification

Any form of fraud, abuse, or illegal activity

Violating any rules stated on this page

No refund of credits will be provided for terminated accounts.

7. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

SGSM PRO TOOL will fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies, police, and cyber crime departments if any investigation is initiated regarding devices processed through our platform.

We maintain logs of all service operations and may share relevant data with authorities when legally required.
